Today felt like the first autumn morning, with hardly a breath of wind, cool water temperatures and a steady 2-3ft swell rolling in from the East. It seems like the cooler water temperatures have scared away some of the crowds and left a line up of waves up for the taking.
Unfortunately as the morning went on the high tide swallowed up much of the breaking wave and the wind steadily picked up through the day. Forecast say that this swell should stick around for a few days, it may just start coming in from the south more over the next few days.
