It was my first morning back on the Sydney’s Dee Why beach and from what I understand the weather gods have certainly not been shining down on Sydney (yet) this summer.
This morning was no different I expect. It was dark with black clouds and a blowing onshore which made it difficult to capture any vibrant colours, so instead I thought I’d practice some black and white beach shots.
I’m still tying acclimatising myself from the warm 29 degree waters of Central America, not to mention that my wetsuit is still in storage which made for a very chilly surf… almost like autumn
Luckily the surf was a pumping 4-5 ft. but with a lot of bump on the face which made some of the take-offs a little tricky. Looking forward to seeing some sunshine and waves tomorrow.
It’s Great to be back – Neil ;p
