We’ve had a great run of perfect mornings this week which has felt a lot like summer. With the sun rising early, warm 23° water temperatures and light offshore winds the only thing we were missing was some good size swell in the water – But hey, we can’t have it all (all the time).
We are very lucky in Sydney to have such moderate temperatures both in and out of the water at this time of the year, there are still people surfing in boardshorts around the ANZAC Day weekend – Crazy huh!
In saying that the southerly wind is set to stick around all weekend bringing some less than favourable conditions, but with it some 4 foot sets. Lets hope the weather man is wrong and we continue our run of perfect mornings through the long weekend.
‘Lest We Forget’ – Dee Why Beach is hosting their annual ANZAC Day Dawn Service on Monday 25th, from 5:30am – Check their website for more details.
Have a fantastic long weekend – Check out the Full Gallery from this week here
